Quickly changing market required innovative solutions and shorter time to market
The client, a large leading Nordic payment services company with a broad spectrum of services for banks, PSP:s and merchants in the SME and LAKA segments, was facing a quickly developing market demand and competition. The challenge was to build a platform for growth – ”power digital payments”, strengthen the offering to merchants across the Nordic region and to grow the E-com business substantially through innovative solutions and shorter time to market.
APPROACH
Implementing agile roadmapping and collaboration for Product Management
Together with the client Brick Strategy implemented an agile roadmapping and collaboration tool for Product Management, to shorten the time to market, from idea through development and launch. We analyzed and set up the product and feature structure in dimensions for roadmapping and reports for Product Management, as well as paved the way for working in an agile way with product strategy, initiatives, releases, features and requirements. All project work was done in close cooperation with the client’s team.

Unified and collaborative way of working with reduced lead-time
The product strategy and roadmapping program helped the client in the realization of the following improvements:
Intensified competition and stronger demand for product variety brought new challenges to the table. Development of a modular product platform across product families increases portfolio flexibility and reduces total value chain cost.
Vehicle electrification and new customer needs puts new requirements to car manufacturers. Implementing a clear structure for managing changing requirements and realize synergies is key to stay competitive in the new landscape.
