APPROACH
From singular products to fully configurable products with lower costs
The project focused on understanding and agreement on short- and long-term market needs and technology development to enable a proactive product range planning to realize synergies between segments within the truck product range as well across the large bus families. Having a cross-functional perspective was key in the approach. RESULTS
Higher efficiency in product development and improved flexibility
The project focus is to implement new functionality, shorten the Time to Market, lower the product cost and reduce the number of components. The project started in 2016 and will be running for a few years, where Brick Strategy plays an integral part of the team to secure project progress and product launch on time.
